If you have set up your shipping methods but are not seeing rates for a particular order, check the following:
- Do the items in my cart have a weight greater than zero?
- Have I entered a shipping address that can receive mail?
- Do the Service Levels that I have set up deliver to this Shipping Address? For example, if you enter a PO Box as the shipping address, you need to make sure you have a USPS service level set up since Fedex and UPS won't deliver to PO Boxes. If you're not sure if an address is supported by your carriers' service levels, you can verify by visiting the carrier's website and attempting to get a rate.
- Do I have any conditions on my Shipping Methods that are preventing rates from showing?
