If pickups have been enabled for your store, your customers can choose to receive texts when their orders are ready.
Follow these easy steps to enable this feature when placing an Admin Order for a customer:
1. Click “Change to Pickup.”
2. Select the location where the customer wants to pick up their order.
3. Choose “Text when ready for pickup.”
4. Enter the phone number that the customer specifies is best.
Once the order is pulled, mark it as “Ready for Pickup,” and the customer will receive a text letting them know that they can stop by and pick up their order!
When a customer places an order through your website, they can select the option “I want to pick up my order,” if your store has been enabled for pickups.
After selecting this option, they can choose to receive a text when their order is ready to go.
