In some cases, you may need to place an order for a customer but not ship the goods immediately. This could be for accounting reasons, office/warehouse closures, backorders, etc. Whatever the reason, there is a feature in Cohub that allows you to move the Shipment to Holding, and then automatically resets the Shipment to the Pending tab for you, if you know the specific date this needs to occur.

To do this, you would go to the Shipment page, select/enter a date in the "Hold Until" field, and then click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

On the date selected, the Shipment will automatically leave the "Holding" shipments section and reset to the "Pending" shipments board.

If no date is selected, the Shipment will remain on hold indefinitely, until it is manually reset to pending.
